POLICIES
Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule their appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without any penalty. Please contact me directly to reschedule.
Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance may be fully refunded or credited towards a future session. For cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, a 50% fee will be charged due to the short notice.
No-Show: If you do not attend your session and fail to provide notice, the full session fee will be charged, and no refunds will be given.
All sales on all e-mail/PDF-based readings are final; no refunds will be given.

These are virtual, live sessions that take place on Zoom; booking and prepayment is required. There is an option to record, depending on client consent. After the reading is completed you’ll receive the recording and a PDF recap following the reading. Prior to the reading, please provide your birth details (date, time, and location; I need all three) when booking so I can prepare your chart in advance.
