Hi. I’m Sarissa.

I’m a strategic decision consultant for founders, creatives and small business owners. Prior to starting my own business, I spent years in strategic communications at companies like Disney and Meta learning to read high-stakes situations, assess people accurately under pressure, and identify patterns that predict outcomes (with a very high success rate of over 98%).

Now, I help founders, executives, and leaders make better decisions by showing them what conventional analysis misses: behavioral patterns, timing dynamics, and invisible factors that determine whether a good decision becomes a great outcome or a costly mistake.

In my practice, I use multiple frameworks including tactical and applied pattern recognition and strategic timing analysis as tools for reading what others can't see.
